By using GhostCallers you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

GhostCallers provides a free community-driven reverse phone lookup service for the United States. The information we display is contributed by users and is offered "as is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness.

We moderate reports on a best-effort basis. Reports may be hidden, edited, or removed at our discretion. By submitting a report, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to display it on GhostCallers.

4. No legal advice

Information on GhostCallers is not legal, financial, or professional advice. If you have been the victim of fraud, file a report at reportfraud.ftc.gov or call the FTC at 1-877-FTC-HELP. For online crime, file at ic3.gov. In emergencies, call 911.

5. DMCA

We respond to valid notices of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send notices to [email protected] with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

6. Section 230

Reports on GhostCallers are user-generated content. As an interactive computer service under 47 U.S.C. § 230, we are not the publisher of statements posted by users. Users are responsible for the content they submit.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostCallers and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to fifty US dollars ($50).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GhostCallers, its operators, and contributors from any claim arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms, with or without notice.

10. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising out of these terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
