Data removal request

If a phone number associated with you is listed on GhostCallers, you can ask us to remove it. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We action verified requests within 7 business days.

By submitting you confirm the number above belongs to you (or that you are authorized to act for the holder). See our privacy policy for details on how we handle these requests.

California residents

Under the CCPA, you have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information. You also have the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing", though GhostCallers does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your CCPA rights, use the form above or email [email protected].

Other state privacy laws

Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Tennessee, Delaware, New Jersey, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights. The same form covers them.

What happens next

We review the request, verify ownership where possible, and if approved we delete the listing and all associated reports. You'll get a confirmation email when complete. We do not charge for removal.
